History

Bioventure Consulting was founded by Dr. Erik Hoppe in January 2001, intending to contribute to tapping the full economic potential of bioscience research.

Since 2003, due to the high volume of work, Bioventure Consulting has cooperated with freelancers for selected projects.

Due to successful business activity and the resulting capital and surplus, Bioventure Consulting could be converted into a limited liability corporation (GmbH) in July 2004.

One of the company’s most important strength is our network of contacts, meanwhile comprising more than 1,500 persons, amongst them a bigger part of Germany’s biotech scene. Incorporator Erik Hoppe has continuously developed contacts with financially sound private investors who consider the growth sector biotechnology as a rewarding target of investment.
